Key Responsibilities:
§ Responding to customer enquiries through call handling and emails
§ Providing advice and support to customers
§ Data entry across various systems, including Microsoft office
§ Providing administrative support to the department
§ Scanning, filing and organization of confidential documents
Criteria:
§ At least 1 experience in experience in a similar role
§ 4 GCSE’s including English and Math
