Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm

Starting at £14.91 per hour

The role:

·        Supporting the Senior HR Advisor in delivering a professional and proactive resourcing service

·        Ensuring resourcing aligns with policies, legislation and best practice

·        Implement workforce planning and resourcing activities

·        Advise and support managers on employee resourcing issues

·        Develop and review recruitment and selection documents

·        Prepare job adverts and manage communications with candidates

Criteria:

·        Degree level qualifications in Human Resource Management

·        Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a Human Resource function, including employee resourcing

·        Associate CIPD Membership

·        Experience in planning and leading major recruitment campaigns

·        Experience working within the public sector is desirable
