To be successful in this role, you will need to:
Achieve/Exceed individual agreed KPI’s
Develop profitable sales growth across the existing customer base gaining a sound understanding of the customer map of the world
Utilize competitor activity and market insights to your advantage
Grow share of wallet and build a pipeline across product categories
Proactively continue learning with up-to-date product & service knowledge
Proactively identify new business opportunities
Actively manage risk within the customer base, including up trading/downtrading & credit exposure
Be commercially aware in order to actively interrogate, interpret and act upon various data sources.
Ideally have an interest in the food industry as you will be talking to restaurants and other food related businesses.
£26k basic per annum
Commission is paid quarterly, up to £600 is available to be earnt by hitting targets.
In addition there £50 per £1k profit over the margin which is uncapped.
