£11.59 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer enquiries through call handling and emails

• Providing advice and support to customers

• Data entry across various systems, including Microsoft office

• Providing administrative support to the department

• Scanning, filing and organization of confidential documents

Criteria:

• At least 1 experience in experience in a similar role

• 4 GCSE’s including English and Math

• Strong telephony skills
