The role:
• Managing a range of inbound queries from customers, through phone calls and email
• Providing effective advice to customers on a range of topics
• Organising repairs and call outs for customers, liaising with maintenance teams and contractors
• Conducting customer surveys as required
Criteria:
• At least one years’ experience in a customer service environment
• IT Literate
• 5 GCSE’s including English and Maths
