HB Recovery Officer

Flexsource NI are currently recruiting for a Housing Benefit Recovery Officer on a temporary full-time basis, covering the Lisburn area, with a starting salary of £12.38 per hour

Responsibilities:

With a full copy of the Job Duties and Person Spec available on request, you will:

·        Be responsible for investigating customer circumstances with regards to their entitlements, following up on any arrears and overpayments and organizing for these to repaid.

·        Performing a range of office support tasks such as; data entry on a range of internal systems and Microsoft packages, scanning, filing and archiving of confidential documents

Requirements:

·        At least one’s years of experience within a similar position. Previous customer service skills, strong telephony skills and previous call handling experience would be advantageous

·        5 GCSE’s to include English and Math or equivalent level qualification
