Cleansing LGV Driver

Flexsource NI are currently recruiting for a Cleansing LGV Driver in the Downpatrick, on a temporary fulltime basis with a salary of £14.07 per hour.

Responsibilities:

·        Provide a high-quality, safe, and efficient street cleansing service in all weather conditions.

·        Drive and maintain allocated vehicles, carrying out routine checks and transporting equipment, goods, and personnel.

·        Lead a cleansing crew, ensuring work quality and reporting any public safety or environmental issues.

·        Carry out street cleansing tasks including sweeping, litter removal, weed clearance, and emptying litter bins using appropriate tools and equipment.

·        Complete cleansing duties in line with required standards, reporting defects and recording work carried out.

·        Undertake refuse collection and recycling duties when required, including handling various types of waste containers.

·        Operate vehicle-related equipment and communication systems safely and in line with relevant legislation.

·        Act as a depot keyholder, operating alarm systems and reporting incidents according to procedures.

Requirements:

·        Valid Category C driving licence to drive LGV

·        Current drivers CPC Card

·        At least 1 years experience driving and LGV or HGV
