Customer Support Agent

Flexsource NI are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Agent on a temporary full-time basis, covering the Belfast area, with a salary of £12.21 per hour.

Responsibilities:

·        Scanning, logging and indexing of all customer correspondence to ensure accurate reporting and customers are responded too within set SLA’s

·        Identify and flag correspondence which requires escalation

·        Respond to customer correspondence , including third party access forms

·        Process work in line with agreed procedures, business rules and scripts

·        Coordinate, prioritise and schedule work on a daily and weekly basis to optimise SLA’s and achievement of targets

Requirements:

·        Minimum of 5 GCSE’s to include English and Math

·        Minimum 1 year experience in a Customer Service/Contact Centre role, which includes data entry

·        Strongly communication skills, both verbally and in writing

·        Proven ability to work under pressure to meet challenging targets

·        Competent user of Microsoft Office Packages
