HGV/LGV Driver & Operator

Flexsource NI are currently recruiting a HGV Driver & Loader in the Belfast area, on a temporary fulltime basis, paying £14.35 per hour.

Responsibilities:

With a full JD available upon request, you will:

·        Drive a pre planned route carrying out waste collection activities

·        Operate in-cab telematic systems for bin lifts, weighing bins, lifting bins with data chips, vehicle safety equipment etc.

·        Empty all receptacles and lift all loose waste, ensure safe collection and disposal of waste.

·        Carry out priority cleansing activities

·        Drive other vehicles and carry out associated duties as required, such as gully drainage vehicles, and street sweepers

·        Supervise the allocated squad, ensuring daily tasks are complete

·        Carry out vehicle safety checks

Requirements:

·        Hold a full category C driving licence

·        Have a drivers CPC card

·        6 months or more experience driving in a commercial environment

·        6 months or more experience dealing with members of the public
