Flexsource NI are currently recruiting for an Service Desk Analyst, on a temporary full time basis for up to 12 months.

Responsibilities:

With a full job description available upon request, you will:

·        Be responsible for providing first line support via phone and email, processing incidents and service requests.

·        Triage and manage incidents and problems with both hardware and software, enabling incident/problem resolution.

·        Prioritize incidents and assess if correlations between incidents exist, escalating as necessary.

·        Investigate underlying issues for incidents and establish a best path for resolutions.

·        Ensure all requests and incidents are logged and handled appropriately, within agreed SLA timeframes.

·        Work with 3rd party suppliers to resolve technical issues.

·        Maintain service desk support instructions and ensure documentation is up to date.

·        Perform system and security checks on a regular basis, documenting any discrepancies.

Requirements:

·        Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position

·        Experience supporting Windows 10 and above

·        Experience supporting desktop applications including Microsoft Office Support and experience of Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365

·        Technical certifications: A+, S+,N+ are desirable

·        Microsoft or Cisco Qualification is desirable

·        ITIL Foundation certification

·        Experience Supporting customers, ideally in a large IT environment within a geographically dispersed area

·        Hold a full current driving licence and access to a form of transport
