Showroom Manager

Flexsource NI are working exclusively with a client based in the Newry area in the recruitment of a Showroom Manager on a full time, permanent basis, with a salary of up to £35,000 based on experience.

This role will involve 1-2 days per week being spent in the Belfast showroom.

Responsibilities:

·        Maintaining both Newry and Belfast showrooms, ensuring layouts and merchandising are up to date.

·        Monitoring stock levels of showrooms and ordering stock as required

·        Proactively get involved in all customer service and sales activities

·        Manage social media content and online presence, coordinating product promotions and seasonal campaigns

·        Scheduling rotas for staff, ensuring both sites are adequately staffed at all times

·        Supervise and support showroom staff, encouraging a positive working environment whilst also delegating tasks as appropriate

·        Review sales transactions ensuring accuracy and promotions are inline with company policy.

·        Identify areas for improvements in all customer service and workflow processes

Requirements:

·        Previous experience within a showroom setting, ideally with a focus on timber products

·        Previous leadership or management within a showroom or retail environment

·        Strong promotional skills through social media

·        Comfortable with managing processes and identifying improvements
