Product Development Technician
Flexsource NI part of Cpl Jobs, are delighted to be recruiting for our client a manufacturing facility in the greater Newry and Mourne area for a Product Development Technician on a permanent basis.
Duties include;
The purpose of this role is to support the Product Development Account Manager in the development of new products and the continuous improvement of existing programmes and products. The role holder will be required to be proficient in CAD and have the ability to implement the use of CAD in order to develop patterns and designs in line with customer specifications. The role holder will be responsible for ensuring that all products conform to customer specifications.
Experience Required.
Ideally the candidate would have at least 2 -3 years experience in a technical role.
Proficient in CAD in order to support the role.
Experience of designing and developing technical drawings is essential.
Project Management and customer engagement
Ability to undertake customer presentations using a variety of methods and resources.
Excellent communciation skills to deal effectively with internal and external customers.
Hours of work are 8am – 5.00pm and Friday finish at 1pm.
Salary will depend on level of experience.
