Internal Sales Executive
Location: Lisburn
Hours: Full-Time | Monday to Friday (39 hours)
Salary: up to £30,000 depending on experience
An established and highly respected wholesale distributor is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales Executive to join its busy sales team in Lisburn.

The Role
As an Internal Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting customers, driving sales growth and working closely with both the external sales team and internal departments.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with existing customers by phone and email
- Promoting new products, special offers and seasonal campaigns
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and maximise order value
- Processing customer orders, quotations and sales documentation
- Providing exceptional customer service and after-sales support
- Liaising with customers regarding stock availability and recommending suitable alternatives where required
- Supporting the external sales team with customer enquiries and account management
- Producing sales reports and assisting with sales planning
- Representing the business at trade events when required
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, has a proactive attitude and is motivated by delivering excellent service.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in an internal sales, sales support or customer service role
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience using ERP or order processing systems (desirable but not essential)
Experience within wholesale, construction, hardware, builders' merchants or agricultural supplies would be advantageous, although full product training will be provided.
