Production Assembly Operators
Full Time | Permanent | Evening Shift | 37.5 Hours
Lisburn, Northern Ireland
Starting Pay: £15.25 per hour (including shift allowance & bonus)
In partnership with Decora, a successful and expanding international manufacturer, we are seeking experienced Production Operatives to join their evening shift team in Lisburn at their K6 site, manufacturing internal shutters and aluminium venetian blinds. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, assembly, joinery, or hand tool experience who want to build a long-term career with a company that rewards commitment and hard work.

Evening Shift Hours
Monday to Wednesday: 3:30pm – 1:30am
Thursday: 3:30pm – 1:00am
Enjoy every Friday, Saturday and Sunday off.
About The Role
As a Production Operative, you'll be involved in a variety of manufacturing duties,
including:
- Building and assembly
- Using hand tools and saws
- Cutting and preparing materials
- Packing and dispatch
- Staining and finishing products
- General housekeeping and maintaining a safe working environment
- Working to production and quality targets within a fast-paced team
This is a hands-on position where attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork are key.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous experience in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment
- Experience using hand tools, saws, joinery or assembly techniques
- Excellent timekeeping and attendance record
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Good level of physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods
- Legal right to live and work in the UK
